Welcome to Grown & Made with Love. The love of nature, crafting, gardening, flowers, and fresh produce has inspired me to create this endeavor. I grew my first garden when I was 9 years old. I did not know anything about gardening, like soil Ph or spacing, except rough up the ground and put in the seeds. That summer I grew a garden in a 4 by 4 dirt square in our concrete backyard. I grew enough green beans for Thanksgiving and Christmas to feed a family of 8. I remember the smile on my mom’s face as she put the prepared beans into the deep freeze. Gardening was and has always been a way of life for our family. Years later I have a family of my own. After living the military life, we are now living a country life. Gardening has become a part of life again. Gardening to me is family, sharing, caring…it is love. Let us grow!
